  • Any damage or missing items are reported within 3 days of delivery.

Products that arrive opened, used, damaged, or missing components may be rejected unless they are defective.

Returning via Courier

If you prefer a pickup:

  • Our team will contact you within 24 hours.
  • Once approved, a courier will be arranged to collect the item.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened, activated, or heavily used items
